Ingredients

  • Capocollo 10 thin slices
  • Burrata 150g
  • Chives 5g
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

- Place a small amount of burrata onto a slice of capocollo

- Season with a small pinch of salt and pepper

- Wrap the capocollo to make a cone shape

- Wrap the chive around the skinner part of the cone shaped capocollo and make a nod to stop it from coming apart (as per picture)
