- Place 8-10 savoy biscuits on a large plate
- Slice the Cacciatore or Felino mild into 5mm thick slices and add onto the biscuits
- Add a small teaspoon of fresh ricotta
- Cut the dried tomatoes into 2x2cm pieces and add onto ricotta
- Add a small piece of chives (you may place this under the tomato to stop it from falling – refer to picture)
