Pancetta

Ingredients

  • Flat pancetta 150g
  • Leeks 150-175g
  • Balsamic vinegar

Preparation

- Wrap once slice of flat pancetta around a leek. If the leeks are too thick cut them vertically into smaller strips of 1cm diameter.

- Heat up a pan (add butter if preferred and if non-stick pan)

- Once hot, cook the pancetta and leek by continuously turning them to allow for even cooking

- Place on a plate

- Finish with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar
