Our Prosciutto Cotto, or Italian style ‘cooked’ ham, is made from whole boneless pork leg, cured and gently baked. Its sweet, unsmoked flavour and aroma make it perfect for a traditional ham sandwich, on pizza or accompanying a ploughman’s lunch.
