Our Pepperoni Hot is a coarse cut salami with hot chilli flakes. Inspired by the American style Pepperoni, with a diameter of 45mm. Made with 100% Victorian Pork that is matured to perfection and sliced to 1mm. This product is perfect to be used in the catering world. If you’re after a consistent and quality product then this is for you.
